Jane Watkins, CPA | CA
Owner & CEO
Jane Watkins became the owner of TTS Advisory in 2021 and leads the firm with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and industry finance.
Prior to joining the firm, Jane served as the West Area Lead at Ernst & Young within the Tax Finance Operate Group, where she led the transition and delivery of global compliance services including statutory reporting, indirect tax, and income tax compliance.
She has also held Director roles at Omnitracs LLC and Ionis Pharmaceuticals, supporting financial operations and compliance initiatives.
Jane holds a Master of Taxation from Golden Gate University, along with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury.
She is a Certified Public Accountant in California, a member of the AICPA, a Chartered Accountant, and a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Originally from New Zealand, Jane has lived in San Diego since 2001.
Sasha Carlson, CPA | CA
Director of Accounting & Operations
Sasha oversees financial management and operational delivery across the firm. With a strong foundation in accounting and process optimization, she ensures that client engagements are structured, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
Her role bridges financial oversight with operational excellence, supporting both internal systems and client outcomes.
Bonnie Hammer, CPA (Retired)
Director of Tax
Bonnie brings decades of tax expertise and continues to support the firm in a strategic capacity. Her experience across complex tax matters provides valuable guidance and depth to the firm’s tax practice.

Keri L. Anderson, EA
Accounting & Tax Manager
Keri Anderson has been part of the TTS Advisory team for more than a decade and brings over 19 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
Her background in financial operations and client service allows her to provide dependable guidance and responsive support to both individuals and business clients.
Keri holds the Enrolled Agent designation and works closely with clients to ensure their financial and tax matters are handled with care and accuracy.
She currently resides in Tucson with her husband.

Tax Consultant
Leo works closely with clients on tax-related matters, supporting preparation, compliance, and ongoing advisory needs. His role ensures accuracy and consistency across engagements.
